I tried rolling back the drivers and even uninstalling ATI and letting windows use it's own driver and the problem still remains.

I do not recieve anything in event viewer. I will try to roll back driver, I would think others would experience something similar if it was just the vid driver. I will let u know if the driver is the issue.

I have the latest bios on the motherboard. I can't seem to find the files you are speaking of. If I end all processes that involve ATI and put the computer to sleep, I still have the same problem.

Yes I do have tray tools running. I will check to see if I have the latest bios, I havent done a flash in over a year so it may be it. How would that effect sleep mode?

just buy a new board :-p it sounds like you checked everything. you could try to do another reformat to ensure its not the OS. I have a lot of problems with my board as well. Good luck
