Newegg has the C930e for $82. It's 1080p. Wider field of view ("business" webcam, i.e. conference rooms) could be a downside depending on your application.

Almost bought this for gaming, since my Samsung's 4K is way past my computer's capabilities. 32" might also be fun for gaming. There don't seem to be VESA mounts though. My monitor arms might not be delighted about holding up a 32" but I think it'd work.

Keep in mind the 2.5" is a SFF-8639 aka U.2 aka SATA Express connector, not a traditional SATA connection. Unless you have a brand new server (edit: or some new desktops!) with 2.5" NVMe drive support, you'll need an adapter (such as one of these) to plug this in. Super tempted to pick this up...

The 8TB drives are not for regular use- they are Shingled Magnetic Recording devices, and need a lot of time to "digest" the data you write to them. Unless you are talking about the $1000+ HGST Helium He8 enterprise drive. If you just want to store a lot of media, go for it- super GB/$ ratio...

Recommended customer price for the i7-5557U: $426. Still no Crystalwell/onboard L4 DRAM, but damn, nice. The Crystalwell Brix has been going for $360 regularly recently. Not the latest gen but if you want some GPU oomph that'd be the one to nab: Gigabyte Brix /w the i5-4570R.

i had no idea intel was segmenting processors by the number of pcie slots. figured that'd have to come; getting the same huge ass i/o pushing uncore on a $5000 processor as a $150 processor was too good to last.
