XFX all the way. I keep selling them to upgrade, because of the double lifetime warranty. Just upgraded to a 5870 from a 4890, because a guy at work offered me $200 for the 4890.

Another vote for the DeathAdder. As someone else noted, there's no need to bother with the Razer software, unless you care about profiles. Vista mouse control works fine, at least for my needs.

The SB X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty (model SB0886) was $99 at BB yesterday. With a 10% off BB coupon it cost me $90. I checked NewEgg and with $10 off this weekend it's $129, so this is at least a warm deal. At the BB web site it's selling for $149, so it might be worth checking out your local store.

It's an excellent cooler. My rig idles in the low 40's C, and never goes above low 50's under load while gaming. Haven't really stress tested much, because i'm happy with performance at 3.2Ghz. It's also pretty quiet, even on high. Highly recommended if your case is large enough.

I had the same problem with an XFX 4890 and CCC 9.3. I just used the 9.2 drivers that came with the card and haven't had any further problems.

XFX. Best warranty, best support. They wrote and sent me a custom BIOS for a 8800GT to fix cooling issues. The BIOS update added auto fan control, based on temp, so I didn't have to putz with RivaTuner. Very cool company. My XFX 4890 will be in hand tomorrow. Woot!
