I'm going to pick up Dark Souls 2, just waiting to see if we getter a better price by the end of the sale. Outside of the that the only thing I have bought was EU IV. It's been a slow sale for me which is unusual.

I love the game but if you have played it, then you know it is clearly built around consoles first and then ported to PC. All that advertising crap about it being "built for PC gamers" was a lie. The controls are clearly a copy/paste from the console version. Take a look at this thread right...

I enjoyed it. It's not DA 1 or even 2 but on it's own a decent game with great story and atmosphere. My main problem with the game is the console based control system which stinks for PC players. The next patch is supposedly looking at more of the PC issues so we will see. I ended up playing...

Going to give The Secret World a shot for $9.99. I've heard a lot of good things about it and I think it is FTP now.

It's showing $4.99 for me, just picked it up.

I'd have to agree with this. My wife loves these type of games but I have never played anything like this that held my attention more than a few minutes. The exception is The Walking Dead. We both like the series and both find this game a little unique and diferent.

My C64 still works. The only thing missing is the handle for the disk drive. I can still turn it with a pair of long nosed pliers though, that piece broke off like 25 years ago too :D

Good post, this definately shows the differnce in the engineering quality between Japan and the USSR. Also, Japan's Tsunami defenses are among the best in the world. It wasn't enough to prevent tragic and large loss of life but not on the scale of Indonesia. This could have been much worse.
