a low profile NVidia 710 or something along those line that has a rather quiet fan attached. I've tried the PNY variety they sound like a Harrier jet. I would go fanless but they put out to much heat. Does such a thing exist? This is mainly for playing MAME and an AMD APU chip doesn't work well...
