Searching the net many have this problem but I've yet to find an answer. My problem: New Samsung 215TW works fine on the DVI-D supplied cord but has no picture at boot-up until it reaches the Windows screen and reads digital. This will not allow me to see/enter BIOS or enter Safe Mode. If I...
