I think you're missing something in the href. It should be <a link href="javascript:getcss();" ...
I haven't code in awhile so I'm not sure if that's right. You can lookup calling javascript through href and you'll find a ton of answers.
Hope that helps.

If it doesn't recognize the video card, you might have to flash the bios. I remember flashing a Mac ATI X1300 (or something similar) video card with a similar bios but for PC. And it worked.

I don't know if it actually works and the screenshots looks a bit discouraging because they seem to be using Windows 98.
I agree. Either one is fine. Furthermore, I don't know if you prefer a certain manufacturer, but if you're getting a 6950, get a Sapphire and get a reference one if you can so you could flash the bios sometime in the future, if need be. I believe newer revisions no longer have the dual bios switch.

The mod is good but not great. No custom classes, few weapons, and handful of maps. However, the maps look great and the sound effects are really good. Great TC overall. It's worth the download. Also, don't forget to download Pezbot if you want to test it on LAN.
Like one of the other member said, make sure you have PCIE before buying. Also, if it's not PCIE 2.0 and the card is, it might be running at half it's performance. I don't know how much that would affect you at 768 or 720, if not at all.
Furthermore, since you're planning to upgrade your PSU...
Fry's Electronics sucks. But, if you really want something at MSRP, hook up with someone who works there and ask them to give you "AP". It'll bring down the price to MSRP.
P.S.
