I would get different ram. For that price you can get double the amount of memory or use the extra money for other parts. 4gigs for less than $170usd shipped.
I grabbed a set of 4GB G.Skill sticks from Newegg because I plan on running 64bit Vista. If you plan on running a 32bit operating system you can step down to 2gigs.
