Why don't you turn your PSU upside down so that the wires are closer to the hole? That will give you some more cable length. :confused: Your PSU doesn't have a fan on the top so it won't make a difference!

Can you install Everest and tell us the temps from there? Core temp is really confusing...The program doesn't name the temperatures that great. How the hell are you suppose to know what like Temp 2 is?
I don't know too much about water cooling but just to tell you—you're going to love that motherboard. If you get a G0 stepping Q6600, my friend got his up to 4.1Ghz on that motherboard with water :D Good luck!
