Whoops thought I put in the prices. I will list them below. I appreciate the input. A lot of this build was put together in February so its a bit dated. The Westbury store is the closest to where I work but its like an hour and a half away.
CPU Intel Core i5-4670 3.4GHz...
All it would be an understatement to say that I don't post much but I need some thoughts on this build. Any advice would be appreciated. My current machine looks like its going to be giving up the ghost soon and I would like to build another one. Right now I only play ESO but that could...
Same here. I usually do most tasks with whatever hand is comfortable or convenient. Writing and batting are the only things I have to do lefty, although with some practice I'm sure I can bat righty.
For a mouse I use my right hand with the left and right buttons mapped normally. At home, on my gaming rig, I use a logitech trackman trackball with my left hand and the left and right buttons mapped reversed. The other PC's in my house all have mice so I use them right handed. I am the ownly...
Direct CU thermal cooling would help me as I am having some heating issues with my currect card and be quieter.
Much faster than current card. It would help me play skyrim, SWTOR and anything else I want smothly and at higher res. If I won the mobo it would give me a the push I need to build...
I called in late for work once because I had no pants (forgot to do laundry the previous night). My manager called me into a meeting with a few other managers and leads and had me tell them all why I was late. They all got a kick out of it.
I bought a logisys power supply from New Egg (I think the one you are talking about) and when I got it the SATA power leads did not work. Then after a few days the thing blew up on me. In my opinion they are very cheaply made. I would stay away from them if I were you.
I actually wanted to post something like this earlier in the year. I have a toshiba a135 with the Mobile Intel® 943GML Express Chipset and was wondering if I could upgrade to a core2 duo. Any insight would be appreciated.
I know this may sound simple and forgive me if you have already tried it but have you tried the fnc F7 command. The thinkpads of old are notorious for coming up via the external video port. I wonder if this is the case here. Im pretty sure it still is function F7 to toggle the display settings.
I actually just bought this at BestBuy. It sounds like something you might be interested in. Crucial has the 2GB upgrade kit for the RAM for $60. Toshiba Satellite A135-S7404 $399.99. The site says sold out but I know the stores have them.
I agree they are having trouble autonegotiating the connection speed. I unplugged the router and plugged it back in and all three lights on the port were lit up. After about a minute thought the lights went out and when they came back there were the same two on. I manually set the connection...
Well I plugged another computer into the cable and it connected just fine. Also all three lights on that port lit up so I guess it's not the cable. Any other advise would be appreciated. I tried loading updated drivers for the network card and that did not solve the issue either. I hope its...
Thanks I will try that. I did notice that, on the linksys router that this computer is plugged into, only the top and bottom lights are on for the port that the computer is plugged into instead of all 3. I switched the port that the same thing occurred for that port. I will try replacing the...
Hi all Im having a problem on a ABS Ultimate X8 Stealth Extreme computer running Vista Ultimate edition. When the computer starts up, the network connection tab has a red x through it and the computer cannot connect to the network. The funny thing I have found out is that when I change the...
