I have two powercolor hd3870 Built By ATI cards and both have powerplay and speed fan issues. Powerplay issues tranlate to gpu clocks going down to 300 in the middle of games or not even ramping the clocks at all on certain games. The fan speed issues translates in high temperatures (>90ºC)...

I don't think the demo support the ppu yet. I select the hardware physx option in the menu but when I exit the game and reenter, that option is not selected.

I'm having issues with this combo. On some levels when I press the start button, the game stop responding and I can only move the cursor. If I disable the physx card the game run well. Someone with a ppu can check this please?

I'm thinking to buy one of these to match my bfg 680i, is it compatible?

Just saw this. http://www.xbitlabs.com/news/multimedia/display/20070830161921.html It's a shame there's very phew quality games that use it. And I expect they don't do the same mistake of pricing the cards at 300 bucks.
