    4850 with 430w power supply

Worst case scenario what would happen? Would the PSU just die or could it take out other components? If it is only the PSU that would die then I may risk it for a couple of weeks then see if I get any abnormalities like random shutdowns during games.

Apologies. When I was typing the first time I was on the move and was worried that I was going to run out of 3G! Specs are as follows: Gigabyte 965P S3 MBoard E6400 processor 2x1GB and 2x512MB corsair 800Mhz RAM 1x case fan (not sure of the size it came with the case along with the PSU)...

    4850 with 430w power supply

Hey i just bought a sapphire 4850, one of the ones with a fan that takes up 2 pci slots. I have a 430 watt power supply made by antec. Will this be ok? I know antec power supplys are meant to be good so i thought i may be able to get away it, as ati suggests a 450 watt. Cheers

    Samsung 226BW 22": 3000:1 Contrast, 2ms response time

So the version number doesn't mean anything? Hmm thats pretty low of Samsung, but can you imagine what the situation would be if they did this from the start, and people just randomly got bum monitors. I'd reckon that there would be more Samsung hate now. Anyway I'm not hugely concerned...

    Samsung 226BW 22": 3000:1 Contrast, 2ms response time

Hey everyone, I just bought a 226 from PC World this afternoon and I have a couple of questions about it. Firstly I don't know the type of panel. I opened it up in the shop to read the back sticker and all it has is 226BW [R], no A, S or C. Although I knew that the only one I want was...
