Well, among household DC devices, there isn't really a standard voltage (or polarity). Sure, there are more 5v/12v devices these days, but there are still a lot at 7, 9, 14, 15, 18...my laptop had some stupid high voltage, iirc.
Having one for each voltage would be stupid, but designing a...
The wx 4100 is a Polaris chip (baffin xt, specifically), The rx 460 is Polaris as well, but baffin pro. Looks like the 460 has fewer shaders/TMUs, dunno if they're physically different, if it was disabled, or if it was locked via firmware.
The rx460 1024sp is baffin xt, so you might have better...
Need the plasma-workspace-wayland package, which isn't default on kde5 I guess. I find it's a bit buggier anyway, but that may be specific to my hardware/drivers.
Anyone use or have used Cockpit? Seems like a pretty neat system management interface, might be good on a stripped down arch install.
Edit: Handy article discussing installing cockpit on Archlinux.

That's about the only fanless option. Next best would be to remove, unplug, or disable/set lowest speed the fans on a higher end gpu with a good cooler and reduce the power limit -- long as your case...
This thing is pretty cool. Wish they made a 2.5" version with two or three drives, though.
SilverStone Technology 3.5" to 2 x M.2 SATA and 1 x M.2 PCIE NVMe Adapter SDP12 https://a.co/d/coZXudv
Edit: There's another model, also 3.5", that supports 4x sata m.2 drives.
I think more likely you'll run into issues with games not supporting it. But assuming you play a game which supports local servers/ad-hoc discovery, and if Steam doesn't have UI for ad-hoc setup, you can access the network settings via the Network-Manager applet in the Gnome desktop like any...
If you really believe btc is gonna drop significantly (soon), might be worth putting a few dollars toward BITI (or another inverse ETF). Just don't bet the farm on it -- those types of etfs tend to creep down constantly, and only swing up briefly when the value does crash.

For one thing, ETFs have to stop trading when the market closes, but you can still trade btc (and other crypto) during market close. crypto ETFs are also quite young, so they probably have a lot of money flowing in and out at any given time, which will affect price.
That's because they're a corporation and they sell customer support, not the OS. They do things which make their job easier, and make it open source by the way. Sometimes those things are adopted by other communities, but often it's just something neat but weird that ubuntu has.
Much doubt. Also, Ti scratches easily, so while it'd look beautiful at first, it'd quickly become a shit-show if you aren't careful with it.
Besides, Ti is expensive and requires special tooling, so more $$$.

(there's a "pro" version too, dunno if better)
MMO appears to be the buzzword of the day, all the mice with more than 8 macro buttons have it in their title.
The first two slots are almost going directly to the CPU, but there's a switch inbetween. I'm not certain, but I would think if it's a pcie gen 3 switch it would limit cards to gen 3 speeds even if the CPU were capable of gen 4.
Well, the reason it acts like the key is held is because each keypress generates two events: keydown, and keyup. When the device disconnects with a key down, and reconnects after the key is up, it never receives the keyup event so windows assumes it is still being held.
Did you try a new cable...
It did the same thing on the 5th before continuing it's march upward. It's either a good time to buy or you should've sold already, but it's never too late I suppose.
Yeah, even back in 98 it was pretty solid. Transfer rates have skyrocketed, however, especially compared to serial. Still not as fast as a full pcie slot, but probably sufficient for 98% of devices.
Here's GN's benchmarks of the A380, should give you a general idea of performance if you have any of those games to compare with:

Yeah, the asrock is "single slot," but it's 2.5-2.75 slots wide. My Sparkle A380 is the same, had to remove the fan shroud to get it to fit in my milo 5 case next to the PSU.
But it is a pretty low power gpu. If you can get sufficient airflow over the heatsink, then running without the shroud...
They're usually pretty capable units. The better the power delivery the less likely you'll have to fight with power related issues during a test, after all. Even more important when the hardware you are testing might have buggy drivers or be buggy itself.
TPU puts the A380 at 180% of the performance of a WX4100 at 1080p...estimated?

Haven't found any real gaming comparisons, or other comparisons with gaming cards. Phoronix may have some, though.
Might be okay on pcie 3. They only...
Might need more context.
Race condition in the program? On the network? In the kernel?
What commands could I execute to reproduce the condition?
Would it be possible to reproduce it with a more simple test command?
Back in the days of ye olde goog, I'd search for something (with a pretty good idea of what I was looking for) and go through 10s, 100s of pages of results until I found it, or something like it, or I'd change the query and go through some more pages.
Nowadays it's a bit easier to find popular...
Noctua NF-A12x15 flx arrived, fits with room to spare. I would install without the bracket, but really I just want it there to encourage air to up more, and I don't feel like bending the wires to fit a slim fan right now. And it puts the fan dead center of the holes in the top panel, that too...
Call me old school, I use one of these, removed the power pin from the cable going to the motherboard just in case.
Allows PWM to 7 fans as long as your motherboard can drive that many with it's fan controller, and power comes from the PSU so you don't have to worry about melting your...
