does the 2nd fan on the GTX 970 suppose to spin constantly?
I've noticed that when I power up the PC both fans spin... then the one of the fans stop spinning. When I power off the PC the 2nd fan spins up again before shutting down.
The card I have is the Galax 970 EXOC.

My GTX 780 HOF died on me... green specks on screen then PC shut down. Wont even boot if the video card is installed. Guess safety issue.

Has anyone done any business with em? Was looking at a custom built gaming pc... the prices seem pretty reasonable, resellers have a rating of 8 or so out of 10. Seems to have been around awhile.

There are video cards out now with HDMI but no audio... for audio cards with HDMI you need to connect the video card to the audio card and then from the audio card to the receiver/hdtv...
are there any talk about a complete solution video card that has built in HD audio decode support built...
