i was wondering how in the world do i set up hardware wise and bios wise RAID 0?!?!?

I was wondering if anyone here could help me with oc'ing... i'm running 6600 , and 2 gigs of ddr2 800 from patriot. I saw alot of people liked the 7.16 bios for oc'ing and the 7.3 was mentioned as being good too. But idk where i can find these at..could anyone gimme a site to DL them at and...
