Na I don't think so cos he brought it second hand from a guy who left the country.
Its pretty old to, A02 revision...
I'm going to look around for a dead 2407WFP that has a good screen.
Lame, its completely screwed tho, some pixels have lined down the screen, they still work but its just not getting signal
Oh well, atleast I stole the stand off of it for my E228WFP, makes it look like a 2208WFP (if one existed)
Ok,
So this guy I know broke his 2407WFP on his desk when setting it back up, it has a small crack in the top of the screen but for some reason has screwed the whole screen. He gave it to me and I want to take it apart to see if there is anything I can do to try and fix it (and keep it lol)...
Well I have 2x 1500Watt subs hooked up to my computer, I wasn't sure if they would damage the HDD's but they certainly rumbled the case very bad when they were near it :D
Not sure if its causing your BSOD's but 60C is bad. Try keep it under 55C (place a fan blowing along it aiming at the PCI covers will drop temps dramatically) I lost over 15C in temp by doing that and now I don't even need to run the chipset fan! (so very quiet)
Regarding the BSOD errors...
I'm guessing you have hooked up the X360 to the monitor using the VGA adaptor? I am thinking of doing that and getting rid of my TV (as the only use for it is Xbox360 and its a shit tv). So how is the quality of it? Does it pump out 720p?
Cheers
Hi,
I need the best color, brightness and contrast settings for the E228WFP please. So far I have been running it pretty stock out of the factory and it looks very weird compared to my old CRT.
Any tips would be nice.
Thanks
So this is a 6bit TN panel, much like all other 22" out there?
Damnit, I'm ringing HP NZ tomorrow to see when this is will be available in New Zealand....
I don't like dithering, it is pissing me off on the E228WFP.
I was watching the latest episode of NCIS on it last night, and I was amazed at how bad it looked, everything dark looked like a freaken checker board of shades of grey, thats why I want a 8bit panel which (and correct me if I'm...
Ok,
Seeing as I can't confirm whether or not I get a "S" panel or not if I got the 226BW I have a question.
If I get any panel of the 226BW (whether it "A", "S" or "C") will it be overall better than my Dell E228WFP? I have to request a return of the E228WFP by Monday (last day) so I...
Can anyone post any pictures?
Keep in mind when I watch movies/play PS2 on my 21" CRT TV, I sit a good 10 feet away.
I have another question:
What panel does the 2407WFP A04 Revision use? I heard it was a S-IPS and if it is I will get this monitor, but if its a S-PVA/MVA I should just...
Ok,
So I'm looking to get a 2407WFP, but I wanted to know something before I do. The money I am using to get this is going to come from selling my TV/Stero and using the AV Inputs, RGB inputs I am going to use the 2407WFP to play my PS2 (and PS3 when I get one) and VCR. Now how does the image...
