This is what I did after I flashed 3601 and couldn't boot since I didn't realize I couldn't restore profile. Pressed it on the back and I was good to go. A god send since at the time since I had all the buttons on the bottom blocked off by a radiator.

So I flashed the latest BIOS 3601. Everything seems fine. Though if you reset your bios using saved profiles you probably will not want to do that as I was unable to boot. Had to reset my BIOS and just re-configure it manually again to the same settings.

I had similar issues on my Dark Hero but the latest bios fixed it all for me. Are you also using the latest chipset drivers from AMD directly? My system is quite similar to yours other than I run my GPU in the first x16 slot.
