I tend to like Nexus case fans for quite ones but I've heard the Noctua are good.
I'm not running them now cause I found some 140mm Thermaltakes cheap cheap and I needed so many. The Thermaltakes have held up but they are not the most quite.
I'd just back it down some till it's stable. Mine does 4.5 and I don't remember messing with the volts. I'd have to check and see what my settings were.
The program will work with 64bit. Not sure there worried so much about warranty or new but they like to have a serial number on the tower. I don't think they would like the idea of us building one.
