I'm going to replace both cards and just get 1 card.
What are some recommendations for 1 card that would support 2 monitors at 2560 x 1440 on DVI only?
This is an older system so I'm not looking to put a lot of money into a video card, up to $300. I don't game on this system.
Thanks for the ideas. The Dual Link cable was my first thought originally, so I bought this on Amazon. I know it works because when I use it with my new monitor in the DVI plug on my video card where my first monitor is in, the resolution is correct. I plug it back into the other DVI plug, the...
I've got this older system that is running 2 GeForce GTX 570 video cards. I've been running 2 monitors (Dual Link DVI) but only 1 monitor supported 2560 x 1440 and the other monitor a lower resolution. I recently upgraded the lower resolution monitor to one that supports 2560 x 1440 but I cannot...
My wife and I have on numerous occasions talked about something with our phones sitting near by and then later received ads for the very same things we were talking about. My wife wasn't really aware of it until I pointed it out to her. Now she sees it and is surprised.
This is what I use. No complaints.

Considering moving off my ATT plan. How do the cheaper providers offer plans that are so inexpensive? What are some advantages and disadvantages?
It seems I can get a plan from a company called Twigby that is $37 cheaper and still have enough minutes and data each month.
I agree with a response I read a few days ago in that the movie was too intellectual. It's not Fast & Furious or Transformers. I really enjoyed the movie.
I just don't see how this can work. To have a completely human free car just opens up all kinds of issues in my mind. How to prevent other people from taking the food while it is at a stop. How to prevent theft or damage to the car. Stopping people from hoping in the car for a free ride. Streets...
I really liked my Nokia 1520. Then as apps I used became unsupported and fewer and fewer newer apps made for it I was starting to think about switching. Then one day I dropped it and cracked the screen and that was that.
A contract worker (who is now gone) sat about 20 feet away from me and about every 10-15 minutes he would spin his fidget spinner on the desk. "Shhhhhrrrrreeeeeee" all day long.
You know, the logical side of me totally gets this. After being in the software industry for 20 years, my emotional side still trusts human reaction and judgement over a computer. I think I just have to get used to the idea and know that airplanes are flown mostly by computer already. Thanks for...
Millions of kids (and people) have survived for not just generations but for thousands of years without a great deal of the things we have today. Doesn't mean we should hold things back. I'm not going to tell my niece and nephew that I survived without internet when I was kid and went to the...
I think that video games are considered by society as a thing for children or young adults to do. While sports have been around for millennia and as a consequence are integrated into the human condition.
I'm curious on the technology behind this. For me one of the most offensive subjects is assassination videos. I don't know how an AI would figure out that is offensive (gunshot vs beheading vs hanging, etc).
I am very happy with it. I'm pretty laid back and don't game so it works great for me. Seems to be a quality keyboard that feels good to type on. I'm using it on Windows 10 so it connected fine.
As funny as that is, my opinion is that alone is alone without any other human interaction whether it be through social media or electronic communications.
I'm only a couple of years older than you but your experience and mine are almost one in the same. I read a lot of myself in your post. The line here I quoted I have thought about over the years as well. Thanks for sharing.
