Check you local craigslist first. You might be able to find a 9800GT or GTX for around $50, but like someone said above, make sure the power supply is up to spec to handle such a card.

How much Physx do they think there is in games? I have always heard that anything over a 9800GTX+ was overkill.

I think it would be a bit overkill to use the GTX 270 has a Physx card. :P
