My 204b was made in China. I used the Nvidia control panel to set the refresh to 58 hz and this cleared everything up. However, in Quake4 the game sets it to 60hz automagically and I had to edit my cfg to get it to use 58. Do all games modify the refresh rate along with the resolution...
