    If your host will have access to both datastores (new RAID and old), you can do a storage migration to the new datastore and attach it after you reinstall. Shouldn't need to delete your snapshots.

    Depending on your host hardware, this may not be available. I think it needs to support IPMI for ESX to access the sensor information. On my Dell 1950 hosts it shows all sorts of sensor information, but on my "clone" hosts it only shows basic hardware inventory.

    Are you hosting these on W2K3 servers? Depending on your setup, what distinguishes the www or not is the hostname for the site in IIS. Leave it blank and www or just domain.com will work, specify www.domain.com and only that will work.
