Interestingly enough. I am selling a ton of Ubiquiti PTP equipment & have many Unifi 3-packs available. My suggestion is using a Rocket M5 with a omni antenna in a central locationand then Nano station M5s on each building... Fibre itself is actually pretty easy to run and terminate.
