I cheered too soon. Almost all files that were recovered are corrupt and unusable.. Im trying getdataback now to see if that will get me something but I'm about to loose hope of ever getting my data back.

This solution has fixed my problem. I did loose 800gb of data, unfortunately 800gb of the most important data. Only the bigger files seemed to have made it through. I might be able to recover some of the other data with a regular data recovery program. Something I will try next.

Not in my case. The stock cooler gave the same temps which were still way too high compared to others. I do have to say that when i installed the ninja today it bottom didn't really look that flat. Not compared to the intel cooler anyway.

Nope. But why wouldn't it. A04 includes a 1:1 fix for component and it allready works for DVI and VGA. Not sure about composite inputs. Also I haven't seen any noticeable banding, but I dont have much experience with lcd's or banding. I only know what it is because I read about it some time ago.

If you use a HDMI-DVI cable you lose the audio advantage since DVI is only video. Unless ofcourse you have a vid card with HDMI. But even the.. a vid card cant make sound right ? Or am I wrong here ?

Go to a watersport store. Try google to find one near you. Here there are like 5 of those stores who sell lcd's for in a boat. Not sure if those are specifically made for boats so I think a normal lcd would do fine aswell.

For the Europeans here. On ebay you can get the A04 revision for 739 euros. This includes dell warranty and dead pixel warranty. The seller is supradictus. They ship everywhere in Europe I believe.

I'd say Sharp is a good choice but i have never seen a Westinghouse. I did see the newest sharp models and if I had to buy a lcd now it would be a Sharp.

In that case.. get a 24" and spend some money on a upgrade ;)
