Hi people, I have just plugged in my Nesteq Nova 600W and it seems to be pummelling out a lot of noise. The specs say the fans only kick in at 65 degrees, but it certainly isn't 0dB and it's only 26 degrees. Anyone else used one of these? I think it may be the noisiest bloody component...

I heard the eVGA 680i has an FSB limit causing problems over 450 FSB where the Asus doesn't... I have my eVGA in it's packaging (still awaiting other parts), but am considering returning it for the Asus. Whichever will be better for overclocking basically, which I reckon may be the Asus...

Actually, I can get the 9136 for a UK-reasonable £412 including delivery. But they're not available yet, anyone got any idea (Redbeard?) when they might start cropping up in the UK? Should I wait for these, or just go for the 8500 which I can get for £265 including delivery?

I've investigated the OCZ Titanium 8000, this pro-clockers article proved quite a read - would 2GB of that be better than 2GB Corsair 8500?

I can get the A-Data PC8500 1066Mhz for £257.39 delivered... is that a good price? It is cheaper than the Corsair by about a tenner, and it's in stock. What should I do! :(

Well, I'm perfectly willing to wait if they're going to be good, plus, they're cheaper than the OCZ! So I'll take your advice and hold on. Of course I could put the PC3200 RAM from my old PC (which is fairly dead) into the new one just to get it up and running... but I can't bring myself to do...

The thing I've found with changing font size in XP is it tends to screw lots of things up. Forms etc. have the titles disappearing beneath text boxes and so on. Hopefully this might be less of an issue in Vista.... there's hoping! Can't wait to get this baby and try it out. At the end of the...
