silverlight is what 'flash' should be. i applaud this news. some say html5 is all you need, and it may be, but a little competition isnt bad.

99% of people that dont play with computers as a hobby do not like pc games. sole reason is because 'their computer screws up' and they dont know how to fix it.

im fine with capitalism so long as there are checks and balances, ie the post office, medicare... and the like. government programs that are set up to rival private corporations are usually a good thing, as both parties tend to keep eachother honest. the real problem is unlimited corporate...

i think those who hear a big difference over current gen onboard sound are forgetting to set the bitrate/frequency in the control panel to "studio" or the like. all onboard sound i have seen defaults to a very low quality output after installation. you have to manually select 192k/24bit in...

wow... writing off a game just because of a sale price is retarded to say the least. this game is phenomenal. anyone that thinks it sucks hasnt even tried it.

for $30 this game is a steal. for $3 its free

i think they should look into lightening the load on individual drivers... at least the ones around here seem buried in work all the time and it stresses them out.

try playing gta4 on a 8800gts and e5200... its playable but much like the console experience. then play the same game at high res with max settings on right hardware, and you cant believe its the same game. not just looks either, gameplay gets so much more fun its crazy.
