A 140mm radiator and fan do fit. I have one there. However no all of them will fit, it must be a narrow radiator designed for tight spaces i.e. same size as the fan and no wider. My first radiator did not fit. I do not know what radiator I am currenlty using.
Thanks, I was thinking you had a radiator in the bottom without cutting up the case. I put a 140 radiator with the bottom fan but am not very happy with my set up and plan to redo it. The connections are the challenge.
This would be an excellent opportunity to try a Gigabyte motherboard. I built a system for my dad with a Gigabyte motherboard and he is very pleased with it. I have heard good things about Gigabyte of late.;)
I have had my monitor now for 9 months now. Runs great but upgraded my video from 8800 GTX SLI to a single 280 GTX (for now). Now the monitor makes a clicking noice when "stressed with a benchmark like 3DMarks 2006. With this sound the monitor goes blank for a couple of seconds. Anyone had...
Thanks for the tips. I finally have a stable motherboard. In all it took a week of tweaking this bios to finally get it stable. Never worked so long to get a stable "mild 20%" overclock.
Anyone been testing the two lastest bios 1002 and now 1103. Given It took me a week to stabilize this motherboard on bios 901 I am not in a hurry to try another bios without some reported benefits especially stability or ease of overclocking. In another word if it anit broke don't fix it. In...
I am using the latest bios 901 I believe and I set voltage manual at and slightly above package recommendations. I began setting up my bios using the recommendations from the tweaking guide following the Anandtech review of the board.
Well I purchased this Asus Strike II, put in an e8400 CPU, OCZ DDR3-12800 (1600) ram and attempted to OC to 1600 FSB putting my CPU at 3.6 (A cpu known to overclock to 4.0 on the Abit 680i motherboard before that board began to fail). Four evenings later I am unable to get this motherboard...
Got my e8400 to 4050 with no problem on my Abit IN9 32Max. I was shooting for 4G and got it. I may try to go higher in the future. I am not the only one doing well with the Abit IN9 32Max with the dual core 45nm chips. Your problem may be elsewhere.
Per information from the Abit forums one gentleman was emailed a new beta bios from Abit to help him with his new quad core q9300. There may be hope for quads on this board yet!
Just upped the overclock to 3.7 (1650 FSB) the last place I got with my e6850. That it for now, will be back to overclocking next weekend. Is 4.0 in the books?
The 6700 is not a wolfdate, the wolfdale are the 8 series not the 6 series. The 6 series being the 65 nm processors and the 8 series the 45 nm processors. The new 8 series as in E8400 are the one overclocking over 4G. I am right or have I got something wrong here?
Anyone having success overclocking the Wolfdale E8400 on this motherboard? The overclocking success with these chips hitting over 4G is temping but the question is how is the IN9 32Max handling the Wolfdales.
Still have not heard of many good results with the wolfdale CPUs. I am most interested in the new E8400. Dual core have overclocked better especially on the 680i chipset. I have an E6850 at 3.7. I was wondering if I do better with a E8400 or at least as good given they are both 1333 at 3.0...
I like the other hundreds of people would very much like to win this video card. My daughter's birthday is Monday and will be recieving a 24" monitor to play WOW on. A powerful video card to power the monitor sure would be nice.
Thanks for arranging the free drawing.

Thanks for the information, I'm running Vista 64 with SLI. If I can get two monitors in XP I may have to consider stepping down espeically if Service Pack 3 improves XP performance as its been stated.
I have not noticed any lost of FPS to be an issue but I have plenty of horsepower. I enjoyed the extra eye candy in Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2. I will say It did not make a noticeable difference in game play. I originally got the card for my son. He never used so I tried it. He will...
I purchased the cooler and was very pleased with the temperatures. My e6400 overclocked to 3.0 and my e6600 overclocked to 3.4 would idle at 17-19C, at full load under stress testing with Ortho would reach 60-62C. The one thing I did not like was the sound of the 92mm fan with the CPU was...
I just purchased the Abit IN9 32-MAX motherboard and plan to watercool this board as I have heard how hot the nvidia 680 chip set can get. I was looking for suggestions for water blocks for the Mofeets and southbridge. The only one I find are from oversee. Does anyone know of some good blocks...
