I am aware of that memory problem. This board is picky with its ram But this board has always worked with the G.Skill DDR2 800 (HZ) sticks. After CMOS resets, bad overclocks, lockups, bios upgrades etc. Never once had a problem, I'll try some cheap-o ram but I would be stunned if that was it.
