I'm making a short, 15-20 minute video presentation for a class project. The video needs some basic editing such as transitions, intros, etc. For recording, I'm using a mini dvd camcorder which I plan to connect to my computer via usb/firewire. What software can I use to accomplish my needs...
Everytime I use sound apps like vent and sound recorder my voice is just too low. It's barely audible and I have all the settings at the very highest. My mic was tested on my laptop and it works fine.
is there a way the volume can be boosted? I'm using Windows XP x64 edition with onboard...
I have a Vantec ION2 460W psu that just broke on me. I swapped in a new graphics card, it booted once for 2 seconds (literally), and shut down. Ever since then, it wouldn't power up. The new graphics card does work.
Anyways, I just received a weekly NewEgg newsletter about deals and I saw...
I redeemed a Xbox 360 controller and a few other smaller items (zoo tycoon, shirts, maybe a few other things) last year and I still have not received any of it!
The FSX expansion pack "Acceleration" uses DX10. The SP1 patch for FSX is DX9, but the SP2 will be DX10.
btw I have played FSX @ 1280x1024 on 8800GTX, 8800GTS, and 7900GT. Trust me even my 7900GT can play it without any problems at high settings.
I have 2 QX6800's and could get 3.6Ghz stable since I have stock cooling on both. Both of em could go 4.0Ghz but it'd get way too hot when running orthos.
I saw your posts on the Evga forums. Have you gotten your RMA card back yet? If so, did you get a 7950GX2?
My card is a 7900GT KO and it is just starting to artifact in CS:S (big polygons coming out from people's heads and the map textures getting "warped").
I used this guide to tweak up my motherboard. Before the OC, I ran the stress test on stock speeds with fan running 100% and found that my cpu was hitting up to 63C. My cpu has the stock fan and heatsink along with 5 case fans.
At first I tried 4.0Ghz (10 x 400) and 3.6Ghz (9 x 400). Neither...
Many people who recommend the Q6600 have a point, but those who make 386523 posts about saying the Q6600 is cheaper (blah blah) should remind themselves that many people who are looking at the QX6700/6800+ are probably not concerned about money.
Just a thought :D
I've used both the QX6700 as well as the QX6800 (have one right now) and it's safe to say that each processor has a different maximum OC. In other words, it's really random and you can't really "expect" better results from the QX6800.
I play this game on my htpc and it's a really computer-intensive game. However, you don't need a billion fps to achieve good gameplay. I usually get 20-35.
