Not sure if this belongs here but for those using double-wide graphics cards that block other slots, have you used an extension cable to still use a sound card? If so, any suggestions on a cable? The one's I've researched apparently still don't fit behind a double-wide square card.

if it is in fact a resource delegation matter, then your LAN connection has nothing to do with it. Reports basically are saying that the way the game uses resources is not balanced. For instance, it'll use a 100% CPU, but only 20% of your GPU causing stuttering due to your CPU being pegged...
