GTX 285 for physx only ? Looks great but i would go with a 9600/9800gt, wich is more than enough for physx. I'm still not sure what to choose for the 4th pci-e slot, a physx card or a raid card ? Hope to see some tests with tri-sli and with and without physx card soon !

At that resolution you'd better get 3 gtx 285 instead of 2 gtx 295, memory is what counts !

I'm talking about 2560x1600 resolution here. As i mentioned above on that resolution, the best you get is 5-8 fps more, not worth the upgrade. Maybe when better gpu's showing up we see some more difference, i think that's around same time as Sandy Bridge ;)

It seems to be the resolution !! I couldn't select 2560x1600 in game so i modded the inf to that resolution. I tried 1920x1200 (checked your sig) and tri-sli did indeed work very good with full indicator bars. So it has to do something with either the drivers, or Crysis don´t support...

Would you take a look at SLI indicators (enabled in nvidia cp) in Crysis? On my tri-sli setup they barely reach halfway the screen, maybe with normal SLI Crysis works OK. Would be great if you want to take a look for me.

Check your SLI bridge, and in the worst case, your 2nd card might be dead.
