I cannot help you there as I haven't used Expression before. But if you can run your page by pressing F5, maybe then you can set a breakpoint in your btnButton1_Click method.

Are you using Visual Studios? If so then run the program with a breakpoint starting at the btnButton1_Click method and follow it until you reach the error. I can run your method without any problems except I had to fill the ListBox with something else.
