i got one of these a few months ago to replace my FIOS boxes and its pretty awesome. I use my 360 as an extender with the Microsoft WMC remote and it works flawlessly. I save about $45 a month on STB rentals fees so it pays itself off in a few months.

the T2700 will be a great upgrade from that old celeron... you should be able to extend the life significantly with that simple upgrade. you should also try to max out the ram (2GB) if you haven't already.

the a05n is 210mm wide... it will accept the tallest of the tallest hsf's.

that 300w you saw from the 560ti was for the entire system and not the GPU. 300w for a gpu would be insane.

I love MC because of that table... I've gotten so much awesome stuff for super cheap. Sometimes they even up the discount to 80% off. I got a pretty nice 775 board and a nice uatx case with PSU for $10 each 2 weeks back.

the only card I've ever gotten a significant boost after overclocking was my reference 5850. I was able to get 1030/1200 from the stock 750/1000. it was good a 10-15fps boost.

just make sure your mobo can support a hex core in terms of wattage. I think the 95w hex will work fine but the 125w ones need beefer vrm's.
