    Appears from the labels that the Mushkin ram is DDR3-2000 / PC3-16000, instead of DDR3-1600. Faster is almost always better. 😄

    Are those kits of KHX DDR3-1600 16GB kits, each with a pair of 8GB modules, or an 8GB kit made up of 2x4GB. Your description states 2x8, but the model number looks to be for a 2x4.
