I think Kyle should voice his opinion in a professional manner. Not anywhere in my posts have I said he cannot express himself.
I'm sorry if expecting professionalism from a website owner is somehow unsettling to you.
Actually I initially came to bitch about Steve. More than once he has posted rather unprofessional news.
Only when I saw kyle's comment did I change my course.
Steve was a mistake from the start. Now I understand why he was hired.
Not at all. Educating people has nothing to do with blackmail. Thanks for being an idiot on the Internet though who fails at logical arguments.
Strawman fallacy.
I think you have no idea how advertising demographics are calculated. A Nielsen house counts for about 20,000 other households. So if someone who is part of that monitoring system decided to leave and never visit again, that counts as approximately 20,000 less visitors when the numbers are sold...
You never know who might be part of the metrics that gets sold to advertisers to determine demographics for ad revenue. Less traffic means less money and eventually no website.
So yeah, I'd care about people expressing distaste for my website if I wanted to make money and be considered a...
They only won because ISP's weren't classified as common carriers yet, thus the FCC had no authority to implement those rules.
Another good article about today's not-news...
I wouldn't worry too much about it. Obviously it's illegal in the first place, but a quick review of their policies indicates only insane idiots would book their services anyways.
The people rolling their eyes, including Steve, clearly do not bother to read or educate themselves on the facts before presuming to know everything.
Libel is illegal, as is defamation.

I was banned from the Ubisoft forums after the debacle that was Heroes of Might and Magic VI after promising them that the next Ubisoft game I wanted that had Uplay, was going to be pirated instead of purchased.
If Watch Dogs turns out to be cool, I get to make good on my promise.
Fuck...
If you're going to post a quote from something, at least ATTRIBUTE the damn quote to someone.
This is in regards to the main page post about this story. There's a completely "who the **** said this" quote underneath the blurb.
Basic journalism, people.
Because AMD hasn't said the exact same thing about Mantle and making Nvidia do the work themselves?
Fanboi alert! Only selfish acts by Nvidia will be criticized!! All hail benevolent AMD.
Sheesh.
You do realize these are for-profit businesses competing directly against each other?
Anyone who thinks anything related to DC gets "thoroughly vetted in court" doesn't have a solid link with reality.
For instance, James Clapper, Director of National Intelligence, commits a felony with a bold-faced lie to Congress about the program, and keeps his job.
Without so much as an...
I've stopped buying eBooks until the DRM is gone.
For the same price, I can buy a PHYSICAL book that I can loan out to my buddies after I'm done reading it so that they can enjoy it as well.
I have to right to learn about anything I want that has not been deemed Classified.
If I wanted to learn how a nuclear bomb is created, that's within my rights. It would be ill-advised for me to try and BUILD one, but the government cannot prevent learning.
It is full price compared to retail stores where you get a physical copy, and then are allowed to do with it what you want.
I hope they (customers) win, because the digital delivery services need a kick in the dick about what's right and wrong, and that consumers are not to be prohibited from...
Agreed K6.
I've dealt with MDD for the better part of 11 years now. It isn't a joking matter. ICOM definitely displayed exactly the kind of person s/he is with just a single sentence.
Well done.
Those of you saying this article is bogus should probably go read some ToS. I checked both Home Depot's site and Best Buy, and found both of them to mention that they can deny any return, and that they require a valid ID.
Best Buy's site even mentions that some information from your ID will be...
Unfortunately not, fattypants.
If you aren't a campaign donor, or a lobbyist, the only way to get your government to pay attention to you at all is by committing an illegal act, generally involving violence against the government.
Of course if you do this, you'll have to spend some time in...
I love the holier-than-thou bullshit spewing forth about how it's HER fault that someone HACKED into her phone and STOLE the pictures.
Yeah, her fault someone else broke the law. With attitudes like you all are demonstrating, it makes me happy I generally don't go beyond the front page news...
While they're at it, they should be investigating both the MPAA and RIAA, as well as the parent companies behind them.
Time/Warner, GE, Sony, Viacom, etc.
Those companies only control about 90+% of the media in the USA. Watch "This Film is Not Yet Rated" for a good time.
1) According to CC's website, there is no exclusion based on 'club' membership stores.
2) The moment he was asked to leave and refused, he was trespassing and therefore the cops are an appropriate resolution.
3) He was not protected under any discrimination law, as customers are only...
In other words you think I'm lying.
Why would I lie? What do I care if you buy one or not. I'm happy with mine and only brought it into the living room to check and make sure it COULD do 720p with my 360 should I decide to ever do that.
So basically, no I won't be taking a picture of it...

Summary= Component inputs support higher than 480p. Including but possibly not limited to 720p.
It is incorrect to say the 215TW does not support 720p through the component inputs.
I purchased one 12 days ago from Best Buy and since I was concerned about this report and wanted to know if I should hustle to return it within my 14 day period, I hooked my 360 up to the monitor just now...
I would advise to steer entirely clear of this game. The following is a letter I wrote to their support department after their website update today. They made their forums require registration, which you can only do now if you are a paying customer.
I was on the fence regarding whether...
