Galaxy is a great company to deal with, make great cards, and run some of the best promotions in the business. Overall a great company that I love to support.
Installed this very card into a build for a friend. Quiet, amazing performance for the cost, low power consumption, and excellent warranty. Looking forward to having one of these for myself.
They request the measurement for the optical center, and I've bought glasses at many a retail shop over the years that didn't bother worrying about temple length and bridge size. These can't be any worse than what many people live with...glasses bought from Wal-Mart or the equivalent.
Picked up the last PS3 at the Kmart here. Clerk knew about the gift card, but didnt know about the free games. Showed him the link, and after about 20 minutes of checking around, they gave me the free games as well. Picked up GoW 3 and Uncharted 2, saving the gift card for when they get more...
Well, I'm doing it right if that's the standard. ;) I still have half a dozen games I haven't played that I bought during the last Xmas sale, and with going back to school, I doubt I'll have time to ever play what I have.
Still, Metro looks really fun.....
16mb for $30 sounds great. The best I can get is 12/1.5, for $85/mo from Cableone, the only competition is ATT DSL at 3/500k for $35/mo and it's spotty at best. We don't have a monthly limit, but if we go over our daily threshold of 11gb we get our speed cut in half for the rest of the day...
Odd, the techie seems to be fine...the person he banned was being an idiot and was out of line. The Stardock service has never been a problem, has worked for me over multiple games with only one issue. The issue was resolved in a timely manner and an apology. Strange to be bashing them...
If you meant me, it was completely dead. Wouldn't show on startup, fan was loud. Tried it in multiple setups, was definitely toast. After baking and putting back together, runs just fine. Installed into the new setup, stress test for a day, installed some games. He's been playing with it now...
Another 8800gt raised from the dead. Had it lying around from a friends computer, it had died and he upgraded to a 260 gtx. My kid had been asking for his own computer, so over Xmas break friends and I started piecing him one together from parts lying around. Only thing we were short was a...

Bought my kid:

I should be covered for most of the year. Still have several play throughs of Dragon Age...
Yup, so far I'm using: lock bash, autoloot, respec, pts vibrant colors, white teeth, no follower auto-level, no starting abilities, winter forge and new faces for sten/morrigan/liliana. Most are cosmetic, but lock bash, autoloot and respec are mods I won't play again without.
Shale is nice early, but Alister catches it about mid game. When I played through up to the elves I was playing all melee/ranged on hard, then made the mistake of siding with the werewolves and cutting off my potion supply. Switched to Alistair, Wynne, Morrigan and myself (backstabbing rogue)...
Unless you side with the werewolves.........then you are out of luck on infinite elfroot. Made that mistake with a party that really relies on potions.
Still using this mouse, bought it because of this thread. Still love it. Only complaint I get when people use my comp is how big the mouse is, but I have huge paws so it's not a problem.
Demigod, Fallout 3, Crysis
Waiting for Dragon Age tomorrow, that will probably replace any Fallout 3 and Crysis time. Still can't give up Demigod for some reason, love that game.
