Bloody cheek! If I'd have opened it, it wouldn't have been as attractive to buy, so why should I lose any more money? They sent me a (supposedly) unit with the fix, now how the bloody hell am I supposed to know that it was going to be DOA? I spoke with the buyer explaining why I didn't want...
Jodiuh, so your NeoHE is working with your abit, and knowing all of these issues with the Asus A8N, you've bought one to couple with your Neo?!? Am I missing something, or are you mad?
I'll expect to see you posting here in the future. :(

Btw, due to Antec's total lack of...
Thanks, JJU357, no problem, and yes, I'm going to contact them and see if they'll reimburse me. I'm glad to hear yours seems sorted, let's hope they've done it.
Have you got a serial number, I'm wondering if we can reference a difference between the old version and the updated one? Not only...
Charging me £23 ($40USD) to send it to them, so they can send out a working replacement is hardly free, I've received mine back today, brand new in box, without so much as a cover note. Very unprofessional. I have no issue with faulty goods, it's an inconvienience at worst, but as Antec admit...
Excellent news!
I've just posted it off to the Netherlands, as instructed, and it's cost me £23 ($40 USD).
Are Antec going to reimburse me I wonder?
This is turning into a farce.
Hi,
Having recently upgraded by own rig, I've been able to donate some parts to my wife's.
She's got a Chaintech Zenith 7NJS (non-ultra), that states the maximum fsb is 166Mhz, and the DDR max is 200Mhz. As we all know, the 3200+ runs @ 200Mhz natively, and it lets me select 200Mhz for...
darre11, I believe that the -5v is no longer utilised, and doesn't form part of the ATX2 spec. I'm pretty sure one of the resident experts here will correct me if I'm wrong though. :)
DeepGrey, no, I'd already installed in a different case, then transhipped the lot over into the P150 w/NeoHE 430. Mine fell over under heavy 3D apps, ATItool and Quake4, and sometimes when booting.
Thanks for the reply, AntecRep, I'll stick a note in with my PSU.
Yeah, good point, I didn't think of the stocking issues, retailers are hardly going to stock 3 or 4 differently powered versions of the P150 are they. However, I'm sure if you were to ship the case without a PSU...
In answer to AntecRep's question, I wanted the Premium board because of the silent northbridge cooler, being quiet was the primary concern. The SLi bit just came along with it. :)
It does raise the question of why Antec haven't offered options of no PSU or upgrading to a higher output PSU...
Well, I've now replaced my old Jeantech 400w (that was running fine, but was really noisy) because I just wasn't satisfied with it being an old 20-pin PSU. (ATX 1?)
It now houses a Seasonic S12 600w, and is steady as a rock, with zero shutdowns since. Antec CS have just stopped responding to...
Basically from recommendations on this forum, and reviews, it gets a big thumbs up from everyone. In situations like these, I'll listen to the people who know, and take on board their advice.
I don't think it's rated as the best PSU, but it certainly seems to be one of the best, and quiet...
Excellent news, I hope this means they've sorted any problem out. Personally I gave up though, I've got a 600x S12 coming tomorrow. I realise the problem may not specifically be the NeoHE, and perhaps the A8N is equally to blame, but a PSU is so much easier to chop over.
I've got my X800GTO2 opened up to 16 pipes, running at X850XT speeds, and the clock speeds alone put my Q4 timedemo up from 65 to 80fps. And I know that the game's limited to 60fps, but it comes into its own when it's all kicking off in the middle of a large arena.
Hi all, I've joined these forums to share my experience with the NeoHE 430. First off, thanks to all the information on these forums, I've narrowed down to my PSU being the problem, so thanks again for that.
I bought a new rig, mainly the AMD X2 4400+, A8N-SLi Premium and Sapphire X800GTO2...
