It depends on the type of VPN your network administrator is running, if its IPSec it wont work with OSX. If built in does not work and it may not I suggest looking into VPN Tracker from Equinux. If your VPN is SSL based you shouldn't need any of this.

I have an old HP server that I need to add storage on. The current raid controller cant handle more than it does. Can I add a 2nd PCI controller and build an array, leave the crurrent PERC controller as the main bootup? Will I run into any issues? Please advise. The OS is 2003 server standard.

Ok so the hard drives themselves contain some sort of marker to let the driver know they're in some sort of RAID. Do I have to go into hte Raid controller setup on bootup to select anything? or should it simply boot up as it used to... Thanks for the info!

I'm going to pull out an existing RAID1 array - 2 hard drives. Once they are pulled and new array is setup, is it possible to go back to the original RAID1 array if I put those 2 old drives in / without losing any data ofcourse? Will the controller recognize the old RAID1? Yes I am planning...
