According to theinq.net the 7800 series cards are already being discontinued. I'm starting to see this whole SLI as an "upgrade path" for the BS that it is. Nvidia is killing the shelf-life of these cards a lot faster then they used to.

Such machines do not exist. At best the only part different is the motherboard, which means a lot. At worst you end up with mobile GPU versions, SODIMM memory, etc... SFF is different, and with eVGA's mATX SLI motherboard, a full size desktop has nothing that a SFF can't provide. :D
