So I tilted my tower while snaking under my desk to insert a USB ant. The thing's Folding@home like normal. The second I tipped the box the cpu fans started screaming. Hwmonitor shows cpu at 99°. Reboot, computer slow as shit, clocks drop and temp holding at 99. Pissed, I give up for the day...

i picked the gtx580 i have from galaxy due to it having three fans on it and overall seemed to get good cooling reviews (none that i will link to because that purchasing decision came about 10 months ago and i don't care to go digging).

I picked this guy up for my newest build; I am a big fan. Everything is super cool and quieter than my p180, which i wasn't expecting.

loved my first p180; still have the old rig hooked up and running smoothly in it.

My copy works fine.

i'll have a new 2600k rig running this weekend... to over double my output from my q6600 and sometimes gpu folding. i'll be convincing the fella that is getting the current rig to continue the folding, as well. i guess i'll be chipping in a little more now.

just picked mine up in st. louis park about 50 minutes ago it was pretty quite in-store side note: they didn't have a z77 that i wanted... in fact i think they only had a couple on hand
