IMHO T-line fine in plastic but the barbs I would feel safer using metal barbs. I don't like having plastic threads. The only plastic in my system is the T-line.
Your system has mixed metals as it has an alum rad. You must use a corrosion additive or pre mixed coolant. Just one of the draw backs in such a system.;)
Gabe has said they will be coming out with the XT in a kit. Right now they can't keep up with demand so the kit will not come out until they can catch up with demand. I really like the XT though, i have not used the HC block but can say it beats the Dtek V2 and EK supreme by 2-5C at load.;)
A tip for those cleaning PCs a can of automotive Brake cleaner works wonders and drys very fast. Most problems are with dust build up and the tars in smoke work as a binding agent compounding the problem.Brake parts cleaner will clean it off in seconds.;)
If have already purchased the gfx card then would say get the Dtek fusion w 3/8 barbs and a DangerDen chipset block 3/8 barbs. Loop>pump>cpu>gpu>chipset>mem>res
The water temp will equalize. You will be pushing that system.

Have you tried 8hr clear also is psu the same and what kind? Might try reseating cpu.
