If you really want to keep your current Displays go for the Gigabyte mini gtx 1070 . It will support your ability to easily overclock your displays and from what I have seen will support your games altho you may have to lower your eye candy somewhat.

Get the Gigabyte 1070 itx and problem solved. Overclock to your heart's content. Have 2 machines with dual Qnix monitors and was facing same probs. Luv those dual screen setups

I would stick with what you have. Are you running bios 7.3 ?? Unless you need some feature of the new chipset. I have the Fatal1ty Z170 Professional Gaming i7 and 7.3 and it is doing up to 5.2 with no real problems.
