well from what i have read and everything(yes havn't done it my self yet, my sig explains what im waiting for etc.) with a 630 you should beable to hit 4.0 easy with air...of course you would need decent ram and mobo to go along with it, oh and hsf.

i would recomend you get a 630, meaning a p4 lga(land grid arary, pins are on the mobo rather than the pins on the acutal processor) socket 3.0 ghz with HT, only of course if your mobo supports a lga cpu. I recently baught mine for 175 with free shipping from www.newegg.com and its hoovering...
