That is indeed the fix, I disabled my sound card yesterday and it starting working... I then changed the Hz and then Bobs your Uncle and it works :D So far...the game isn't brilliant...Feels like an old Medal of Honor Game. A step back from COD4.

7950GT is far more powerful, 8600GT was a pretty big disappointment.

Yeah not exactly new technology but extremely helpful to the guys who haven't discovered it yet. Gigabyte has these with all their boards now I believe, 100% better than those nasty old red ones.

I wouldn't touch a video card with anything less than 512mb these days. You need that sort RAM now.
