I would expect that every keyboard of that size has a function layer since there's a perfect spot for the FN key in the lower right. What would expect to be in that place instead?
Do you have a specific issue with an FN key, or are you looking for minimal for the sake of minimal?
"keys that feel good under fingers" is entirely subjective. If you like typing on a Model F as you mention, Unicomp is making new Model M's: https://www.pckeyboard.com/
And for how long? A gigabit connection will (theoretically) download 7.5 GB/min, 450 GB/hr, 10.8 TB/day. You'll need to play with the formula: bandwidth * time = file size.
The "extended lifetime warranty" likely only covers factory defects, not normal wear and tear. If you use it for 5 years and it dies, the company will probably just claim it is normal wear and not cover anything. The word "lifetime" is also subjective.

I know its not what you asked for, but you could try one of these. It gets you down to a single injector and you can use whatever switch you want.

I've got the 4 port version powering 2 UAPs and a camera...
If you want mechanical, that Vortex is about as slim as you are going to get.
Kailh makes low profile mechanical switches, but I don't see a board with them in your desired layout...
I can't imagine an IP address has all that much value to data buyers. Most people have dynamic IP's so there can't be a reasonable expectation that any data associated with an IP address is still relevant after it is collected.
I got one from Microcenter that looks almost exactly like that. For "are all the wires in the right order and properly crimped?" testing, it works great!
It seems that you have already decided to go ahead with your plan even though everyone here has told you its a bad idea, so good luck and let us know how it goes!
Money no object, whats the best modem I can get for Comcast? I have a Ubiquiti Edgerouter Lite and AC-AP-Pro's, so I only need a modem. TIA
EDIT: Initially will be 100mbit service, but who knows what the future holds. Currently leaning towards SB8200.
EDIT 2: Will be a new customer, so I...
I ended up running a long wire along the white baseboards in our apartment. I then covered it in white gaffer's tape. It turned out really nice! From a distance you can't see it at all and up close you really have to be looking for it to notice.
