Mystery solved guys... found the faulty part... it's my brain I screwed in all 12 of those gold things that the mobo rests on instead of just the 9 needed for the screwholes... looked at the back of the mobo... 2 spots with almost "smudged" like appearance... almost like those 2 areas were...

Thanks guys, are the evga settings and the asus p6t settings the same? (names and all?) and what software do you recommend to test temps, etc. Most of the guides i find don't really have any safe temps/voltages. That's really important for me. Any advice on that?
