If anything it will give us eyefinity/widescreen support properly, and something new for the modders to tinker with and make better. Or one of the injectors, ENB comes to mind.

cmstorm quickfire rapid (cherry mx reds) blows my blackwidow ultimate out of the water. Was worth the wait, and trouble in finding one with mx reds.
You've used one with the wrong switches then.
I've never owned a 2209WA but we have one office here stacked with them.
I would go with the IPS 2007FP over the 2209WA (I'm not sure what panel is in those though).

I was specifically asking about I Am Alive, I was following it and than the game died down for a bit and I just noticed last night that it was out. I don't if ever use my PS3 so I was wondering if this is game was worth turning it on for.

GOG>Steam no doubt about it, even though they are in different markets. I'd take my drm-less copy over steam's drm copy any day of the week.
