mce2005, I rebooted ,and no start button or lower tool bar. Any ideas for a fix? Recovery console or a repair install wouldn't work,. and I don't want to reformat. NSW showed no viruses. start bar IS visable in safe mode.

I'm running 5744 and when it goes into hibernation, it won't come back out unless you reboot. Any way to fix this annoying little glitch. I really hate to trash the image because everything else works so good. Any help? The bios is set the way its supposed to be.

Do you have a printer that works with Vista? NONE of the Lexmarks I own will. I even contacted Lexmark ad they have NO drivers available for Vista yet. Even forcing the install of XP driversdidn't work. If you do, please state make and model

Updated to the latest bios,3.5 and Vista 5728 booted from the dvd and installed first shot. I really like it so far. Now to get a printer and my Hauppauge PVR working....... :eek:
