I just pulled the trigger at NewEgg. It's gonna be a day or two late for Christmas, but I'm pumped anyway!!

Since "Santa" ordered my G.Skill 128GB SSD, the price has dropped 3 times (and will drop again before I open it) and now all these better drives are coming out! Grr.

Is there any armor sitting around anywhere that you guys have found? I remember in SoC I found so much armor tucked in corners (not in stashes or anything) that I always had a backup with me. Now in Clear Sky I'm really hurting. I just cleaned out the underground and I'm still wearing armor...

I like it. I don't get why they're advertising "PC" instead of "Microsoft" or "Windows." The term PC just makes me think of IBM....

I have a 9800GX2 and I have everything maxed out and running fine at 1920x1200. But I can't enable wet surfaces or volumetric fog or smoke or whatever the other one is. Shouldn't I be able to turn those on? Or are they DX10.1? Edit: Never mind. Saw the answer in another thread. Got to enable...

AAHHH!!!! It slipped again. I kinda had a feeling this would happen. I knew that Aug. 29th set-in-stone date was too good to be true. At least they're pushing it back by a factor of days and not years this time....

Up until a couple days ago, GameStop had it listed in January '09. They've just changed it back to August 29th. That's a good sign.

Maxius, I am a Sony and RPG fanboy and I have to agree with these guys (unfortunately) that so far the 360 is the RPG console this gen. PS3 will get the ports though, and hopefully they will sell well so more companies will switch over to the dark side.

Activision/Blizzard (or more accurately, Vivendi) is gonna be at the top of the list with $7 billion a year NET INCOME and 35,000 employees. Next will be EA for obvious reasons. Microsoft Game Studios would be in the top 10, but it's hard to figure where. Sony and Nintendo would be too...

That would be an EXTREMELY expensive remake. Might not really be worth it, financially....

I hope they bring it to PC next. Ultra high-res FFXIII would be awesome. They released VII and VIII on PC....

You'll miss out on some eye candy. Just like with PhysX in games, they can't put anything in with DX10 that'll modify actual gameplay.

I had to buy a PSP game at Gamestop today because they didn't have it at Best Buy or Target. Entire aisles are full of massive Rock Band boxes, so there's no room for PSP games, apparently.... Anyway The problem I had was they had a used copy of the game I wanted for $29.99 on the shelf...

"They" looks kinda ghey. Clear Sky should be the next big thing, chronologically, I think.

The power supply would also be right on top of the cpu.
