I am thinking of upgrading to the Asrock 4CoreDual-VSTA from an Asus P4C800-E to throw an E6420 in there to replace my overclocked P4 2.4C at 3.2. I recently bought a Sapphire x1950 pro agp which is very cpu limited on the p4 and think the E6420 would give it plenty of cpu power to work with...
